Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation

Service Description

A comprehensive initial psychiatric evaluation for children and adolescents ages 5–18. Ninety minutes allows a genuine developmental history, review of school functioning, sleep, family context, and prior treatment, with both parent and child participating. You'll leave with a clear understanding of the concerns and an individualized plan. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression and mood concerns, trauma, autism-related care, and ADHD. Please note: this is a non-controlled-substance practice. Stimulants and other controlled substances are not prescribed. If your child is already prescribed a stimulant for a separate condition, that medication will need to continue through their primary care provider or another prescriber.
