Child & Adolescent Follow-Up

Service Description

Continuing care for established child and adolescent patients. At 45 minutes, visits cover symptom progress, school and home functioning, sleep, side effects, and any adjustments to the treatment plan — not just a medication check. Parents are included as appropriate to the patient's age. This is a non-controlled-substance practice; stimulants and other controlled substances are not prescribed.
